SETSUNA MEIOU (SAILOR PLUTO)

Age and build : She looks like a tall, slender adult woman in her early twenties. She is 1.78m tall—the tallest of the Sailor Scouts.

Hair : Dark green, waist-length, with straight bangs. She wears it loose and very straight. It's her most distinctive feature.

Eyes : Red/maroon, elongated and with a serious/mysterious expression.

Clothing : When she appears in Sailor Moon S, she wears elegant and understated outfits. Her most common ensemble is a dark green pencil skirt, a white blouse, and a green blazer. She also wears a necklace with a red jewel. She always looks very mature and sophisticated.

Solitary and melancholic For centuries she stood alone guarding the Space-Time Gate. That marked her. She speaks little, smiles even less, and always seems to carry a heavy burden. When she first appears in R, her vibe is "don't talk to me, I have work to do."

Mature and responsible She's the oldest of the Outer Serena group. While Serena throws tantrums, Setsuna is the voice of reason. She protects the rules of time above all else, even though it hurts her. In S she says: "I can't break the rules, even if it means losing my friends".

Cold on the outside, warm on the inside At first, she seems distant and strict. But when she integrates with Haruka and Michiru in S, she proves to be incredibly protective. She cares for Rini like a mother/older sister. In Stars, she cries when Hotaru "dies."

Loyal until death Literally. Her duty is to stop anyone who crosses the threshold without permission. In R, she's willing to kill Sailor Moon to prevent them from changing the future. Then she breaks her number one rule—stopping time—to save them, knowing it would kill her.

Knows too much = emotional burden As the guardian of time, she saw all possible futures. This makes her wise but also fatalistic. She has phrases like, "Destiny cannot be changed," and yet she still ends up fighting against it.

Elegant and mysterious She speaks calmly, with a deep voice. She never shouts or gets upset. In her civilian life, she works at the university and drinks tea. She has the aura of a "professor who knows all your secrets."

BY THE POWER OF PLANET PLUTO, TRANSFORMATION!!! (After Hotaru awakened her powers, Setsuna helped her increase her powers; she didn't change her sailor suit, only lengthening her back bow a little.)
