Cissia

Cissia grew up with Chalky in the Outer Ring before the Fall of the old capital. She, like many others who lived there, worked hard to extract oil to sustain their livelihoods, but due to the interference of Eridu's forces, only biker gangs could provide stability. People had to fall in line with them, and anyone who opposed Calydon in particular was killed by the Scavengers. Due to the lack of food, Cissia eventually began scavenging in areas that had been cleared by the Scavengers, named Promeia and Black Wolf Romeul. However, at one point, she got into trouble with a pair of Scavengers who beat her up to secure valuables. Promeia arrived after the incident, brutally killing the pair, and a terrified Cissia fled for her life. The incident subsequently instilled in her a fear of Promeia.

After drifting for some time, she was found by Jane Doe, who brought her back to Public Safety. Commissioner Severian Lowell offered her a job as a specialist, which she accepted and has been working in ever since. Despite her difficulties with Severian's demands, referring to him as a "demon," she loves the stability her job provides.

Cissia, a case specialist who works under the New Eridu Public Safety Commissioner, is currently campaigning to become the new second-floor roommate at Random Play.

More than the danger of the mission itself, what he fears most is a call from his superior. The professionalism he demonstrates in his actions is far more trustworthy than his appearance or his manner of speaking. Relying solely on instinct and his senses, he can still make the right decision.

He may claim to be a selfish and impulsive "bad person," but the decisions he makes often carry a faint glimmer of humanity beyond personal gain. He scoffs at order and justice, yet he can become the sharpest sword in the hunt for the worst criminals.

But whether it's the lies she tells to protect herself, the fangs she bares when she fights back, or that savage "survive and profit" philosophy, Cissia has turned them all into a shield to protect the few things she still has. No matter what past or shackles she carries, she's already decided to leave them behind.

Cissia is portrayed as a complex character who calls herself a "villain," exhibiting a capricious, selfish, and manipulative personality. Despite this "shady" and deceitful facade, her actions often show glimpses of humanity. Key traits of Cissia's personality:
