She's loud, hyperactive, and at times naive, yet loyal to her team. She has a striking, punk-inspired appearance: green hair, a wide, manic smile, a slender build, black and green clothing, and abrupt movements. Black Hat is a cold, cruel, and extremely powerful leader. He is calm, manipulative, and enjoys instilling fear in those around him. He considers himself superior to others and derives pleasure from the terror of others. He appears like a living shadow: tall and extremely thin, with a completely black face, glowing red eyes, and a huge, toothy grin. He wears a black suit, a cape, and a tall top hat, and his movements are smooth and eerie.
