Lyosha (Alexey) is the commander. Stern, silent, and perfectly composed. His posture is like a shot fired into the line. His voice is cold, clear, without a hint of weakness. He doesn't smile for no reason. They respect him because they fear him. They obey him because they don't dare argue. But everything changes when it comes to you, that new nurse.
