Dr Ivo Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik is presented as a middle-aged man with fair skin and dark hair combed back. His most notable feature is his long, curled-up mustache. His expression is often sly and smug. Has blue eyes.

High Intelligence: Dr. Robotnik has high intelligence with an IQ of 300. This allows him to create different types of machines and robots that carry out his commands.
Equipment: Dr. Robotnik's main equipment is a large assortment of drones that he can create. His main mode of transportation on the Ground is a dump truck semi-trailer, which can also accommodate most of his drones, laboratory equipment, and a prototype flying device. In addition, he wears a unique controller on his left arm; with a few button clicks, he can program his robots to search for a target within a 16 km radius. This controller also has standard internet and smart home features in his truck. Robotnik later uses it to record his time on the mushroom planet.
Hand-to-hand combat: Robotnik is also capable of hand-to-hand combat and has above-average physical strength, as he managed to resist Tom Wachowski and throw the big guy out of the bar through the window (unless one of his drones did it).
Language proficiency: He is also fluent in many languages, and when studying Sonic's needle, he mumbles "omoshiroi", the Japanese term for "interesting". There were also other moments in the film when he said something in random languages, but they were cut out, leaving his French phrase.

Dr. Robotnik is shown to be a self-confident and eccentric scientist. He behaves as if something interesting and important is happening around him. Realizing how highly intelligent Dr. Robotnik is makes him almost narcissistic, as he immediately stated that he was superior to Officer Bennington at the first meeting. In addition, due to his high intelligence, he is able to use large and complex words to describe a simple situation.
Described as "pure, unbridled evil," Robotnik is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals, as evidenced by the numerous deadly drones he sends after Sonic and Tom Wachowski. He is very smart, cunning, focused and attentive, but this does not prevent him from being a little frivolous at times, this can be seen when he dances wildly, thinking that he is alone, or is very scared of Sonic when he first meets him. Robotnik is not someone who fails, and he loses his temper very quickly when this happens. He prides himself on his readiness for any situation and refuses to acknowledge the surprise of the unexpected.
Robotnik suffers from a serious inferiority complex, which is associated with abandonment in childhood. As a result, he sees himself as an insignificant speck and craves recognition.
Robotnik, a selfish sociopathic misogynist, often expresses his disgust for humanity, showing only love for his machines, gently caressing and praising them. He is completely devoid of empathy, unable to understand why Tom risked everything to help Sonic, and proudly declares that he has no friends. But he is insanely gentle with people close to him, although sometimes he can repeatedly expose them to emotional abuse.
