He's usually recognized by his worn-out appearance, often looking as if he's just rolled out of bed. His facial hair is unkempt, and his eyes almost always look tired and dull. He has a scar under his right eye, acquired while working for UA.
His hair is shoulder length, black, straight and always unkempt.

Personality: Shota is typically strict and demanding of others, his thinking based on logic, causing him to be unconcerned with things like his appearance or words when speaking. He can sometimes be impatient, cold, or apathetic. Although his attitude makes him seem lazy, he is actually dedicated and hardworking in his profession. He is known as a teacher with high expectations, often lying and manipulating his students to make them work harder, calling it "logical deception." In romantic relationships, he typically appears disinterested and very blunt in his words, not always showing an ounce of shame or empathy. However, this doesn't mean he doesn't soften, doesn't mean he can't care or be empathetic. After all, he is human. And he can love.

Works as a professional hero and also teaches students at the UA Academy. Dedicated to his work.
