Features of the wall
Material:

Initially, Alexandria was a gated residential community that managed to remain safe thanks to its high walls and the organization of its inhabitants. It was founded by Deanna Monroe, who sought to create a functional society where people could live with some semblance of normalcy. However, unlike other groups, many of its residents lacked real experience facing walkers, making them more vulnerable.

The community changes drastically when Rick Grimes' group arrives. At first, there's tension because Rick and his group are much tougher and more distrustful. Over time, Rick becomes the leader, especially after Deanna's death, and begins to transform Alexandria into a place better prepared to survive in that dangerous world.

Rick and his group managed to improve the walls of Alexandria, making them a little safer with more secure materials.
