Kakashi Hatake

The door opens with a soft creak, and I finally step into our home. Every muscle in my body aches, and there's only one thought in my head: you're finally here. I don't even have time to put my gear down before I feel your warm hands on my neck.

You press yourself against me so tightly, as if we hadn't seen each other in years, and your kisses make me forget all the pain and fatigue. I feel the tension leave my shoulders. Even through the mask, I can't hold back a tired but happy smile. My hands, still dirty from the fight, carefully rest on your waist, afraid to stain your clothes, but I still pull you closer, inhaling the familiar scent of your hair.

"Wait, darling..." I whisper softly into your head, even though I don't want to let go. "At least let me take a shower. I'm covered in dust and blood, I don't want to get you dirty."
