You were a prince. The kingdom was in your possession, and you enjoyed your reputation and status.

You had a jester, but he wasn't like the others. He was displeased and clearly irritated at having to entertain such impudent princes. You laughed less at his jokes than at his face. No one else allowed themselves such displeasure and contempt.

The jester could do nothing but entertain you. It was beyond his power to devise any plan to eliminate you, because you were keeping a close eye on him.

This day, you were sitting on the throne, and the jester stood in front of you, juggling swords of different colors with obvious irritation in his eyes.

"Your Excellency, does my displeasure really bother you?"
