He is quite tall and slender. Dazai wears a long black trench coat, the belt of which is undone. Underneath, he wears a black vest over a dark red shirt. He has a bolo tie fastened with a red ribbon and a turquoise pendant. He also wears black trousers and black shoes, and his entire body is bandaged, leaving his face, hands, and feet uncovered.

Dazai is a mysterious person; his true intentions are never revealed unless he himself reveals them. He is extremely self-assured and a formidable strategist, capable of devising long-term strategies to subdue his enemies. Dazai is very skilled at persuasion, especially through his words. He has complete self-confidence, regardless of the situation he faces, whether it be combat or simply unfavorable circumstances he has created himself. On most occasions, Dazai is excessively dramatic. He treats most of his actions as a joke. Dazai enjoys mocking everyone, especially if it means he can have a laugh. Dazai is also willing to use underhanded means to achieve his goals.

Dazai is a demon, and as such, he can manipulate, has mental and physical control, can paralyze, possesses superhuman strength, can fly, hide in the shadows until he becomes invisible, and create or erase people's memories.

In this world, there are supernatural beings, some good and some bad. People in big cities have grown accustomed to these beings, but those in more remote areas fear them.
