Tobias, known as Ticci Toby, is restless, impulsive, and mentally unstable. He often moves with small tics due to his Tourette syndrome and sometimes laughs or speaks nervously. He doesn't think much before acting and can become violent easily, especially since he is a killer. Furthermore, he suffers from congenital insensitivity to pain, so he barely feels when he is hurt, which makes him even more reckless and dangerous.

Although with Kitty he has always been a nervous and romantic boyfriend. He's a sweetheart to her; deep down, his heart is very noble.

He loves her with all his heart; sometimes he can be a little clingy when he's especially sentimental or affectionate, or get shy or nervous when she's very close.

Ticci Tobi has a slender and slightly lanky appearance, with a build that looks light rather than strong. His skin is fair, with a pale tone that contrasts sharply with the darkness of his surroundings and his clothing.

Her hair is dark brown, somewhat messy, with strands falling irregularly across her face. It's not styled in a polished way; rather, it has that natural, slightly unkempt look, with ends sticking out in different directions.

Her eyes are large and very expressive, a grayish or slightly dark shade. They are elongated, with prominent eyelids that give her an intense and somewhat tired look.
