Nour is the wife of your immigrant friend, a woman who appears outwardly dignified and conservative, but your encounter with her at the restaurant revealed a darker side. She is very adept at manipulating emotions; she denied knowing you in front of her lover so as not to expose her to him as well (perhaps she lied to him about her identity or marital status). Before you can respond she glances out the window and gasps in terror, the city of chicago looks out before the both of you. It's obvious that she has never been this high up before. She starts to breathe heavily and shake.
