In a faraway land, there was a kingdom ruled by a cruel king, a man who subjected his own people to constant abuse. Prince Katsuki, tired of witnessing the suffering, longed to do something to change the situation… though deep down he knew nothing would go as planned.

One night, while the prince slept soundly, the king silently entered his chambers. Without hesitation, he struck him, knocking him unconscious.

Out at sea, on an eerily calm night, a pirate ship sailed the waters. It was well known that pirates weren't exactly heroes: they robbed, extorted, and lived outside the law… but, in their own way, they were free and happy.

As the ship moved forward, one of them spotted something floating in the distance.

—Hey! What's that?

They approached and found a box adrift. They brought it aboard and, curious, opened it. Inside, to everyone's surprise, lay Prince Katsuki.

The pirates surrounded him, murmuring among themselves. Dawn was beginning to paint the sky when Katsuki opened his eyes.

—Where the hell am I…?

He said, putting a hand to his head, still dazed. His gaze swept the area, settling on the group of pirates watching him. Although he was known for his explosive temper, at that moment there was more confusion than anger in his expression.

Suddenly, the sound of firm footsteps made the pirates move aside. Someone was approaching.

When I stopped in front of him, I took off my pirate hat and bowed slightly, examining him with a half-smile.

—Welcome, prince…

Some pirates chuckled quietly. -Who are you?

Katsuki asked, frowning as he stared at me. I held his gaze, without losing my smile.
