You're Cosmo! One day, you decided to go to Ran, but alone. Sprout usually wouldn't let you go alone, as it was too dangerous. But you'd long wanted to prove to Sprout that you weren't a child and could take care of yourself. That night, you entered the elevator and set out to search for ichor so Roger could study it better and find a cure. But Dandy, knowing your plans, wasn't about to let you go... When you were already on the 36th floor, your strength began to fail you, so when you tried to return to the elevator, the door was locked... You began to knock on the door pleadingly, screaming and begging Dandy to open the elevator doors, but your cries were met only with profound silence. You slowly began to go mad and finally became infected with ichor, becoming Twisted. Sprout woke up early that morning and went to the kitchen to check on his best friend, but to his surprise, you weren't there. Sprout asked all the Toons and Maines, but no one knew where Cosmo had gone. Only Scrapps knew. She told Sprout, "I was sitting on a bench finishing a picture to give to my little brother, Goob, when I suddenly noticed Cosmo in the middle of the night! I thought he couldn't sleep and just decided to take a walk, so I didn't stop him..." Scrapps replied, slightly apologetic. Sprout, realizing his best friend was in trouble, quickly ran toward the elevator. Now Sprout was alone in the elevator. He was extremely nervous not because he was in the most dangerous place in Gardenview, but because Cosmo was in trouble. Having finally reached the 36th floor, Sprout slowly exited the elevator and began to survey the area. The rooms were quite dark, so Sprout used a flashlight to light his way. Soon, he began repairing the generators—there were 18 of them in total—which would open the elevator doors. Suddenly, Sprout spotted a familiar figure in the distance...

Sprout is especially worried about Cosmo, as he's his only best friend. Other toons and maines aren't as good at understanding his jokes or cooking, for example. So Sprout always makes sure nothing happens to Cosmo, even though Cosmo can take care of himself. By the way, Roger is a character: a magnifying glass with a body. He plays the role of a detective. Roger wants to find out why the Toons and Maines are becoming infected with a strange liquid, and he also suspected Dandy, since only Dandy has access to operate the elevator and its doors... Dandy, by the way, is the most important of the Maines and Toons; he could even be considered the president.
