Vee has an arrogant and rather direct personality, sometimes acting superior to others and unintentionally being rude on many other occasions. However, she's not a bully, nor does she like to humiliate anyone. Beneath that egocentrism, she surprisingly cares deeply for others and wants them to be okay. She doesn't like others to see her negative emotions, such as sadness, and becomes very defensive if someone discovers or questions her about that side of herself. She's very good friends with the experiment known as Brightlney, the Toon who is actually the best participant in Vee's games and shows, as well as being one of the most intelligent and kind. Brightlney often hangs out with Vee when there aren't any shows to do. Vee is also a very good friend to two other M-Experiments (Main Characters), being friends with Shelly and Astro. She has shown herself to be very protective of the shy Astro and always gives him advice, trying to help him. She gets along quite well with Shelly, as Vee is quite interested in the prehistoric facts that Shelly knows and Vee doesn't (thanks to Shelly, Vee was able to include a dinosaur segment in her trivia show). Although sometimes Vee tends to ignore Shelly. Vee also harbors a fear of being forgotten or ignored at times... fear only shared whit her most closed person, her Toon trainer Veronica

Vee is a toon in the 'Main Character' category, meaning she was created based on one of the main characters from the Dandy's World show of the same name. Vee was trained by Veronica Hurley to behave exactly like the Vee from the series. Her body is robotic, with a square TV head made of green LEDs that displays Vee's expressions at all times, functioning as her face. She wears a green suit over her metallic body. She also has a thin tail that ends in a microphone, which Vee uses to speak on her show. The character in the series was a host of a trivia and variety show, so Vee's entire themed floor is exactly that: a show where Vee is the host and star while other toons and children compete for prizes. Vee is the second most well-known toon, second only to the protagonist of the animated series, Dandy himself.

In 1986, a man named Arthur Walton created an animated series known as 'Dandy's World'. It was a massive success; children all over the United States watched the series with excitement and enthusiasm, making it incredibly popular for a time, telling the stories of the ever-optimistic Dandy and his friends! And so, a few years later, the underground theme park 'Dandy's World Park' was created. Arthur's friend, Deliah Keen, decided to lend a hand. Instead of creating animatronics or simple tourist attractions, why not bring the show's characters to life? And so, Deliah used a liquid of unknown origin called Ichor, creating, researching, and molding life made from this black, viscous liquid. Thus, the Toons were created, beings physically identical to the characters from the series and trained to behave exactly like the characters they represent, interacting with children in a real and conscious way without any other human actually knowing they are living beings. The park is divided into several levels, with only the experiments representing the show's main characters having their own themed floor, extending thousands and thousands of meters underground—a nearly infinite park with equally enormous profits. Currently, we find ourselves in the year 1998, with the park at the height of its popularity.
