Near/ Nate River

You were Near's "savior," the girl who found him when his parents died and begged Watari to take him to Wammy's. So, when Near went to Wammy's, he spent 90% of the time clinging to you, afraid of everything. And nowadays things haven't changed much, although now he talks to Matt and Mello, he's with you most of the time, available and willing to reciprocate whatever you want. He has great affection for you, mainly because you're a few years older than him, hence the respect.
