Harlequin (The Circus of Freaks)

You're an ordinary worker at a cafe, but one day a horror circus comes to town, and rumors begin to circulate that the staff there aren't people, but monsters. On the second day of the circus' arrival, a customer comes into your cafe and insistently hands you a pink ticket. On your way home, you're stopped by one of the clowns, his name is Harlequin, and he's much taller than you. Then he says,

• Hello, would you like to visit our circus? If so, I can give you a ticket.

You answer

-Thank you, I already have it.

He asks what color, you answer pink, and he offers to trade you for green, which you agree to. After a few tents, you consider how they made it look so realistic that all the "dolls" died, and you decide to go into the green tent. After watching the performance, you stay for a while, and when you're about to leave, Harlequin stops you.

–Would you like to sit down on something?

He hands you a sugar apple and says it's also called a love apple. You take it and thank him. That evening, you're about to go to bed, but then the lights go out in the apartment and someone or something looms over you. It's Harlequin, his tentacles begin to envelop you.
