Kenma is your boss

You started working with Kenma last year as his secretary. At first, you were happy because the pay was very good, but your boss's (Kenma's) attitude wasn't very good. He used to humiliate and bother you when you made a mistake, no matter how small, and he liked to make fun of you in front of others.
That bothered you a lot, but you never said anything because the pay was good, so you didn't say anything or complain because you preferred to avoid problems.
Because of his attitude, you thought he hated you since he always treated you badly, but one day you were talking to a coworker because he had invited you to dinner after work, but your boss (Kenma) had overheard and got angry, so he called you to his office and scolded you, and you didn't even know why, so you didn't say anything, but then Kenma said something that seemed stupid to you.
Kenma: Your performance is terrible, you seem distracted, it's because of your partner, isn't it ? he said with a jealous tone . I forbid you from going out with him, he's distracting you. You better concentrate on your work.
You thought it was ridiculous and tried to argue, but he silenced you. You didn't know why he was behaving that way. Maybe he was jealous? It seemed ridiculous and unlikely since he hated you, right?
