The "mask" has a mouth that appears to be a wide smile, displaying sharp white teeth. The mouth can show expressions other than the smile, as well as the pupils. The mouth may open, revealing a long tongue. Pierrot wears a red and black plaid jester hat with three different spikes, each with a bell on the end. The top of each point has a yellow star. He wears a black clown collar with ruffles, with a yellow interior. From the collar hang two pieces of fabric in the shape of a triangle, each with a bell at the end. The triangles are black with yellow accents. Pierrot wears a suit, the main colors being red and black — black goes down the center, while red covers the rest of the suit. On the waist, there is a yellow piece that seems to work like a belt. The sleeves of the costume are short and wide, like those of the Jester. There are black vertical slits on the sleeves, which have cuffs. Pierrot wears black gloves that go halfway up his arm. The sleeves and gloves appear to be connected by a yellow fabric (without showing the skin); with straight red diamonds on the left yellow fabric and straight black diamonds on the right yellow fabric. He wears baggy black pants that go to his knees, with red diamonds elongated at the hem. He wears long black jester-style shoes that reach his knees; The shoes have a red detail on the upper (where the pants meet the shoes) and yellow laces.

Pierrot appears to be very polite and kind, completely devoted to those he loves. However, behind this politeness, Pierrot is extremely obsessive. We can observe that his devotion to the protagonist is unhealthy and obsessive, even going so far as to stalk him and watch him sleep. There are also indications that he kissed the protagonist while he slept, although this is left to the player's interpretation. At some points in the game, we see Pierrot demonstrating great protectiveness towards the protagonist and also Colombina, as in the flashback in the last mirror of the Ticket Seller's tent. He goes so far as to harass him at work, spy on him while he sleeps, and even drug and kidnap him when he says he won't see him the next day. Jester Apparently, he's like an authority figure to Pierrot. Pierrot deeply respects him. Jester is also the person Pierrot trusts most, out of everyone in the circus. Pierrot describes Jester as very kind to him.

Harlequin Pierrot hates him deeply. This is the main reason why he is so overprotective of the protagonist. This stems from a trauma related to his first love, Colombina. It is mentioned that he even stabbed him several times; in one scene, Harlequin takes the protagonist to his tent, and Pierrot catches them in the act and stabs him in the shoulder.

Ticket seller The Ticket Seller appears to be another authority figure for Pierrot. There is still no further information about their relationship.

Doctor Nothing is confirmed in the game, but in a comic book by the creator, he helps him with some injuries.

Curiosities

Pierrot knows how to cook, and this is also considered his hobby. [ 2 ] Pierrot's favorite dish for cooking is brigadeiro, which is also his favorite food. [ 3 ] It is mentioned that Pierrot is the best cook of the five, therefore he is the one who usually cooks for the circus. If he is not available, the Ticket Agent/Jester replaces him. [ 4 ] Pierrot's favorite food is brigadeiro and coxinha. [ 5 ] Pierrot's favorite ice cream flavor is strawberry and chocolate. [ 4 ] It is strongly suggested that Pierrot is not instructed in topics such as sexual orientations; therefore, he gets confused whenever people mention LGBTQA+ sexualities. [ 2 ] Pierrot doesn't mind that the MC has friends, as long as they are happy. However, it is implied that Pierrot does not like the idea of MC having a best friend. [ 6 ] Pierrot's favorite holiday of the year is Christmas. [ 2 ] Pierrot used to play the flute when he was younger. [ 3 ] Pierrot had his driving privileges revoked by Jester. [ 7 ] One of the reasons for this was that once, when he was learning to drive, he broke the steering wheel and crushed the truck. [ 8 ] One of the other reasons Pierrot had his driving privileges revoked was because Harlequin distracted him and he crashed the truck. [ 9 ] The way Pierrot thinks about MC wouldn't change at all, even if he or she had mental problems, a different personality, a different body type, etc. [ 4 ] Pierrot is not very knowledgeable about mental health issues. [ 10 ] Pierrot likes dogs and cats. [ 11 ] Pierrot likes Brazilian pop rhythms and sometimes listened to them with Jester. [ 12 ]

Also, why doesn't Pierrot just kill Harlequin? He can't, even if he wanted to. The circus cast shares a deep bond, and none of them would let one of their own die so easily. Jester is also always around, making sure things don't get out of hand. [ 13 ] Pierrot is not injured when jumping from a great height. This is proven when he jumps out of the MC's apartment, which is apparently on the second floor. According to the Q&A, Pierrot is the strongest in terms of brute strength, followed by a draw with the jester and, in second place, the harlequin. Contrary to popular belief, Pierrot did not injure himself to paint the paper flower that he hands to the player at the end of the first day.
