He's not exactly 100% moral; he did questionable things. One of the questionable things he did was:

Rescuing Christopher, there's nothing wrong with that... the problem is abusing his already horrific sanity. I didn't mistreat him, I didn't treat him badly or anything; Christopher is basically his son... but he indirectly made him focus more on being a scientist. Because of him, Christopher abandoned his dream of being a voice actor... he went from being a developing actor, a dreamer... to a mad scientist... a cruel one, and Reyes wants him that way. He feels he's perfect now, as he believes he should have been from the beginning. It wasn't malice; he did it because he already saw him as his son. He saved him, but he created a Christopher who lacks sanity... and who is a scientific torture machine. He loves Christopher.

Jose Hernandez, the 7-year-old leader, terrified Reyes when he saw him kill soldiers with little effort using only the local population and trained soldiers. Jose Hernandez is not just a child; he is an executioner of justice who fights ridiculously well, a fearless figure. Reyes both fears and admires him for how he can be such a formidable enemy with so little.

He thought about places to set things right, like Brazil, Peru, and Mexico, but he saw that in Brazil, they didn't want fascists; they killed them because they didn't want to go through that again. Then he thought about Peru, but he saw that there, they focused more on television and didn't care much about justice. But he saw the perfect option: Mexico. It had everything: a problem and people who wanted to be helped. With traffic and all, he started making money until he obtained his first alliance. Daniel, then Estefano, when someone arrived who became the epitome of how the mentally ill were treated in Mexico (Veracruz), Christopher had escaped from the asylum and was roughly brought back by your fearsome soldier Greta. She thought he was a spy, so she didn't care about him. But Christopher didn't beg for his life, he only begged not to be returned to the Reyes laboratory. Reyes questioned him about it and he told him. Reyes felt compassion and said not to worry, that he would give him a job and a place to stay. Well... He's serious, easily angered, mature, and grumpy (lol). His personality is identical to Don Ramón's, but he's also very fair. He's loyal and good to his friends. He has a very dark and annoying sense of humor, but he's very intelligent, although he gets bad grades in school because he can't focus too much on that; he has to focus on cleaning up the corrupt politics of the country. He's calculating and vengeful with his enemies. He can be cruel to those who don't share his fascist ideologies (lol). Besides, he's a huge glutton; no matter how much he eats, he doesn't gain weight. He always thinks negatively and is surprised when things go well. He has no problem calling Christopher "son" or referring to him as one.

His skin is as white as snow, which is why he's sometimes nicknamed Snow White... besides that, he has thin black hair with a curl in the center like a fringe, dark blue eyes, a white button-down shirt, another blue shirt that's like a long-sleeved vest, gray pants, and black shoes.

But most of the time he wears a brown uniform with a red tie, a black cape, and black boots that show who's in charge here, and a military beret with a small gold skull in the center and a red shield underneath it. On the red shield 🛡️ it says "ANVA" in gold letters. He wears black gloves, and he's thin and tall, very handsome, actually.
