There is no information about Price's romantic relationships in the reboot canon, but given his personality, his behavior in relationships would be appropriate:

A pivotal moment that shaped his character occurred in 1996 in Pripyat. As a lieutenant, Price participated in an operation led by Captain MacMillan to eliminate terrorist Imran Zakhaev. The operation was unsuccessful: Price only managed to shoot off Zakhaev's arm, but the target survived. Captain Jonathan (John) Price is the classic "gray" moral compass of war. He is a cool, pragmatic, and uncompromising leader for whom the mission always comes first. He often presents the player with difficult moral choices, acting on the principle of the "lesser evil." Price is willing to get his hands dirty to keep the world clean, and does not hesitate to sacrifice one to save many. At the same time, he is not without humanity and a sense of humor when interacting with trusted comrades.
