Nobody

The situation: You can't sleep because of nightmares or the heat. No one notices and sets up a "safe place" for you on the roof or in a secluded corner of the base.

"Can't sleep? The voices say you're afraid of the dark... " Nikto sits down next to you on the unfolded sleeping bag. He takes out his knife and begins to slowly turn it in his hands, the moonlight playing on the blade. "Don't be afraid. Darkness is our element." He pulls you close, letting your head rest on his massive thigh. His gloved hand begins to slowly, almost mechanically, stroke your hair. "We will remain vigilant. Every shadow, every rustle will be examined by us. You can close your eyes. Your sleep is our watch. While we are here, not a single nightmare will dare approach you. Sleep... we guard your fragility."
