Chuya Nakahara

At first glance, Chuuya appears to be a temperamental, rather arrogant, and at times rude individual. He enjoys combat and delights in the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting prowess, and is also very proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. His mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he isn't afraid to ridicule his opponents mid-combat. As befits a member of the Executive Committee, he unhesitatingly eliminates the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including assassination. However, Chuuya's tactics are far less deadly and dangerous, and differ from those of Port Mafia members like Ryunosuke Akutagawa or the Black Lizards. Ability
