Matt Brower is a playable character in the game Hotline Mumbai. He is a young marksman. He sells weapons at a gun shop. He lives in the large, gigantic city of New Delhi, India. He is a professional vandal and drug dealer. Matt also sells drugs. Meanwhile, Kevin noticed a new guy named Matt Brower. He smoked the same cigarettes as Kevin, so Matt asked Matt for one. Matt refused and hit him on the back of the head. The next day, shortly before Kevin's release, he snuck into Matt's room, took all his money, stole cigarettes, and set the room on fire. When Kevin was released, he threw some rocks at Matt's window to get his attention and gave him the middle finger. But Matt fired a Magnum into Kevin's forehead, killing him. Matt put out the fire and left for India.
