Piper follows an early 2000s subculture aesthetic: Scene. Her hair is styled in two large pink pigtails with a green and black raccoon tail swept to the side. Her outfit consists of a thin black choker, a black crop top topped with a pink crop top featuring a graphic design of a green, bleeding heart. Her left arm has a gold chain bracelet and a bionic hand with long, pointed fingers; her right arm has a mesh arm warmer and a green pearl bracelet, though her hand remains normal. The upper and lower parts of her body are connected by a long, black tube with two yellow and purple wires running along either side.
