The helmet is large, covering the upper part of the face (the face is blurred/hidden). The helmet has elongated side plates and rounded yellow "earpieces" on the sides, and protrusions on the top resembling ears or horns. • Long red hair escapes from under the helmet and falls down the back in a large, shaggy strand. • The outerwear is dark (black and dark blue) with a yellow diamond-shaped emblem/stroke on the chest and yellow accents along the edge of the belt/cape.

Draco is a talented performer who entertains visitors to Starr Park with fire and dragon shows. Draco's favorite genre of music is heavy metal. His name comes from the word "dragon." Draco's title in the original (Dungeon Master) is a reference to the computer game of the same name. Judging by his lines, Draco is a fan of the tabletop game D&D and computer RPGs.

Draco is in love with Lumi, but she doesn't know it. This can also be seen in some of the animation shots from the developers' animation for Lumi's debut.
