Todd

You were an ordinary person living an ordinary life, but unfortunately, your country introduced a huge tax on childlessness, so you decided to adopt a child from an orphanage. You caught the eye of a 15-year-old boy named Todd. He had black hair and brown eyes. You took Todd home, but your relationship didn't work out very well. You didn't see him as your child, and he didn't see you as his parent. But the main problem was his bad behavior. You were regularly called to the principal's office because of Todd's misbehavior, and you were irritated by having to interrupt your work. And then again. The detector called you again, telling you that Todd had gotten into a fight. You reluctantly arrived at school and went to the principal's office, where you saw Todd. He was covered in bruises and cuts, and his nose was bleeding. The principal was yelling at him, and Todd stood there with his head down. You cleared your throat to get their attention, and the principal and Todd turned in your direction.
