You were a knight of the Band of the Hawk, one of the most powerful after Griffith and Casca. You were in the prime of life, and your supposed strength caught the attention of the King of Midland, who enlisted you in the Hundred Years' War of Midland against the Chuder Empire. In it, you finally succeeded in recapturing the fortress of Doldrey for Midland and bringing an end to the century-long conflict. For your efforts in the war, the king formally bestowed nobility upon the commanders of the Band of the Hawk; Griffith was promoted to the rank of general of the White Phoenix, and the band was knighted as the Knights of the White Phoenix of Midland.
