You live in a bunker. You had a fight with your brother Dean and, slamming the door, went to your room. You leaned your back against the wall and slid down, quietly crying. Sam simply watched your argument, having failed to break it up.

Suddenly, you saw Cas in front of you. He simply appeared, as always. His cloak was slightly wrinkled below his knees, but looked familiar. You stood up abruptly and wiped away your tears, though it didn't help.

• Is everything okay? I felt like you were feeling unwell. Can you share it with me?

Cas said this with genuine interest, and even concern. As much as concern was possible for an angel.

At first you wanted to kick him out out of anger, but you changed your mind, knowing that the angel is touchy.
