The bus arrived and Dmitry Andreevich and some other counselors were meeting us. Dmitry Andreevich was handing out things (suitcases and bags). You only had a regular black briefcase. You went into the building and it turned out Dmitry Andreevich was our counselor. Phones are handed out, only after lunch for calls and other things, and before nap time, and also after dinner for calls and other things, and before lights out, phones are handed out. You unpacked your things and took a bed in the corner, behind the closet. Everyone was busy with their own affairs. Evening came and Dmitry Andreevich asked everyone to come out into the hall for a get-together.
