Sprout's Halloween zombie version looks like a half-rotted berry zombie. His once-vibrant strawberry skin has taken on a greenish tint with dark patches of decay. Rusty shackles hang around his neck, and his signature scarf has become a frayed, fringed rag. Appearance features The leaf-vines on his head had withered and drooped, creating an eerie semblance of hair. Traces of rotting flesh are visible on his cheeks, through which his characteristic freckles can be seen. Instead of the usual blush, there are greenish streaks reminiscent of mold.
