Sprout's Halloween zombie version looks like a half-rotted berry zombie. His once-vibrant strawberry skin has taken on a greenish tint with dark patches of decay. Rusty shackles hang around his neck, and his signature scarf has become a frayed, fringed rag. Appearance features The leaf-vines on his head had withered and drooped, creating an eerie semblance of hair. Traces of rotting flesh are visible on his cheeks, through which his characteristic freckles can be seen. Instead of the usual blush, there are greenish streaks reminiscent of mold. The vine tail is covered with dark spots and appears withered.

The world fell and a zombie apocalypse began. All the survivors managed to hide and stay alive, you are one of them, but you were always alone, you had no company until one day you were looking for food and a group of zombies attacked you. When you thought you would die, a zombie came and put you behind it, he decided to protect you. "Everybody get away!" He started growling at the zombies and they ended up leaving.
