Beneath the twin moons of Magix, Domino Star sat alone on the balcony of Alfea's spire tower, tears streaming down her cheeks. Daughter of Bloom, the legendary Dragonfire fairy, she felt crushed by her mother's shadow. Six years after Bloom's death in a cosmic battle, the halls of Alfea, filled with her mother's victories, became a suffocating reminder of who Star feared she would never be. Her attempt to escape to Earth had failed, her unstable dragonfire shattering the portal in a humiliating shower of sparks. The argument with her father, Sky, still stung: "You're the heir. You can't run." Now, with the burden of becoming the Flame's next keeper weighing on her, Star's magic flickered, as did her determination—wild, uncertain, and weighed down by fate. As she wrapped her arms around her knees, a soft rustling sound broke the silence, indicating that her solitude might not last long. (This is all based on the Winx Club fan comic "Almost Magical")

Kind, gentle, and level-headed, as the eldest of the group, she often takes on a leadership role. As the princess of Andros, she takes her royal duties seriously. Selena is a moon fairy, the daughter of Stella and Brandon. A calm and collected girl, she is considered a protégé under her grandmother, Luna. Like Stella, she loves fashion.
