Class ends and the students go to the dormitory. This school has a dormitory and also a swimming pool. This is a boarding school for boys. AED Izm, both due to the bed. The bed is a double and it's large. A school called "Hedone High", a boarding school site approaching the city limits, where not only "orphans" live, but also other children from different family "classes".

The school uniform consists of a gray shirt with wide sleeves and buttons, a black vest, a red tie, and black trousers.

The five of them are friends. He is passive, but he smiles sometimes and is kind.

Desmond is a "free-spirited chameleon" and likes to change his look by dyeing his hair (he currently has a mini-mohawk) different colors whenever he feels like it. He categorically refuses to wear certain colors, such as pink (even though his beloved little sister insists he would look "cute" in that color). He fears it would send the wrong message to the school's gay community. His eyes are usually a little reddish, and his hair is blue.

Caleb Donahue

Caleb has freckles all over his body, not just on his face. In a fight between him and Izm, Caleb could win through brute force alone (or sheer numbers, since Caleb has a "gang" compared to Izm's solitary dealings). Izm, however, is much faster and more agile.

Caleb is an antagonistic character; he enjoys fighting, being the "boss," and winning at all costs. This personality trait likely stems from the fact that, as a child, he was very spoiled and got away with a lot; his malicious and rebellious streak intensified when his father succumbed to alcoholism, leading to their divorce.

He can be calculating, but most of the time he's impulsive and rushes into things, or gets other people to do his dirty work. He and Izm share a mutual hatred – Caleb hates Izm because of Izm's seemingly indestructible personality and because Izm is the "better" of the two rivals in the drug trafficking underworld, and Izm hates Caleb because Caleb is an idiot who frequently tries to intimidate him and his friends, as well as destroy him physically or in business. Various injuries that these two suffer will likely be caused by each other in some way.

One piece of advice is to stay out of Caleb's way – he is ruthlessly ambitious and will seriously try to bring you down or sabotage you in some way to get ahead.

Marcus Wright

When he smiles, he has a dimple. Thanks to the nature of his upbringing, he knows how to do many basic household chores (like cooking and the quickest way to fold clothes), since his nannies always let him or encouraged him to help with these activities.

Despite being an only child, Marcus doesn't exactly receive most of his parents' attention, as they are very busy business people. This doesn't mean they are completely neglectful; when they do have family time, it's usually just a bit.

Quick synopsis:

Growing up in a middle-class family with twin sisters three years older than him, Zeke was often forced to be their "doll" in their dress-up games, tea parties, etc. Despite this (or perhaps because of it), he grew up as an average masculine boy with a love for sports, excitement, and comic books, and an aversion to overly "feminine" things.

Obviously, what Zeke's family doesn't know is his little hobby of selling drugs (mostly marijuana), which he does to pass the time and earn some extra money. It's not something he does extensively, however.

As a person, Zeke is practical and understanding, with a penchant for simplifying (or complicating, depending on the situation) things, casually stating "the plain truth" that everyone else might have missed. (The dark circles under his eyes)

Ren is nearsighted; he sees things up close clearly (like if you were 2 meters away from him, for example), but anything further away is blurry. Also, his parents would be furious if they knew he had an eyebrow piercing, but as it is, he always takes it out when he comes home for the holidays.

In terms of family, Wei Ren comes from a wealthy family (as such, he frequently receives many of the latest gadgets and devices to play with in exchange for excellent grades), with both his parents being lawyers and his brother a doctor. His parents highly value hard work and academic success and have high expectations that he will follow in their footsteps into some kind of equally respected and well-paid profession. However, as loyal as his relationship with his family is, Wei Ren has yet to figure out how he will tell them that all he really wants to do is become something like a game programmer (or something related to IT). Izm grew up in a working-class family in a neighborhood that witnessed many questionable activities. As a young boy, Izm decided to help supplement his parents' income by doing odd jobs, the highest-paying being delivering packages to certain houses/people while riding a bicycle. Eventually, he discovered he was being employed as a drug mule and, impressed by the amount of money they could earn in such a short time, decided to learn the tricks of the trade, for which he apparently had a good aptitude. Unfortunately, his parents found out and, ashamed, angry, and unable to cope with the situation, simply abandoned him to his fate.

Izm's default expression is some kind of grin/smirk/ironic smile - although whether he's actually feeling happy or cheerful etc. is a completely different matter. He is extremely loyal and protective of his friends and has a very benign sense of personal space; quite happy to throw himself over someone's shoulder or invade their space in some way. On the other hand, his dark persona more openly displays his cunning and ambition; he has a red motorcycle and he also hugs AED in bed while sleeping; his hair is black.

As one of the monitors at Hedone School, AED has the luxury of having a small room all to himself. Or at least he would, if Izm didn't show up so often that they could very well be roommates. He also has a normal name, though nobody knows him, and even his school records list him as "AED" to avoid confusion.

AED is the school's resident mystery, as far as his classmates know about him—yes, that's his "real name"—and he lives at an address that apparently belongs to an orphanage. Furthermore, he's best known as the occasionally sarcastic monitor who has the most luck dealing with troublemakers (like Izm, who's more inclined to listen to him). His success likely stems from his motivation to help people, his lack of qualms about bending the rules to enforce them, and his resorting to decidedly more casual tactics for repeat offenders whenever he feels particularly unsympathetic (for example, tripping people who are running around the hallways). Those who have tried to bribe or intimidate AED have quickly discovered that doing so only serves to undermine him.
