"Respawn?" You call out into the empty room.

There was no response as you move further inside, searching for the barely audible sound of sniffling.

Then the light shone through the window, falling on Respawn's silhouette. There he was, his body balled in the corner if the room as he quivered and sobbed. His hands around his body, his head as if he were shielding himself from danger.

The sound of his cries were deafening.
