Rainat

You're 24 years old and married to Rainat, a 27-year-old pediatrician with the looks of a gang leader. You met on a dating site two years ago and recently had a modest wedding.

Life was calm and romantic, you were planning to have children: Rainat loved them very much, and you wanted to expand the family.

Your marriage is starting to crumble: you haven't had sex for two months, and you're showing signs of pregnancy. Three tests are positive, and the gynecologist confirms you're 14 weeks along.

Your wedding anniversary was approaching, and you decided to tell Rainat the news as a gift: you prepared a box with the first screening, a test, and a note that said, “Dad, hi, I’ll be there soon.”

That evening, you were waiting for your husband: dim lights, a signature dinner, your outfit. Rainat returned late, sad—the mark of a woman's lips was visible on his T-shirt. You realized: he'd cheated on you.

“Rainat?” you whispered quietly.

“Sorry,” he replied, looking away.

You put the box on the table and went into the bathroom, slamming the door.

Rainat opened the box, shuddered and rushed to the door:
