Starr Park is a park with a bunch of different people, locations, and concepts that fight against each other.

He has red hair tied into a small ponytail at the back, his eyes are black. He always seems disgruntled and rather irritable. A "bad cop," to put it simply. He wears a cropped shirt of the same color, but underneath it he wears a black sleeveless tank top and red shoulder pads. He wears black bell-bottoms, which accentuate his thin but slender, tall frame, and black men's shoes. He also wears a cap. He's more of a law enforcement officer and hates rule-breakers. Often angry with his brother, always quite rude

A tall, thin, but strong guy with red hair. He has blue eyes. His hair is slightly wavy and neat. He wears a bright orange cap. His hair is just above his shoulders. He wears a cropped orange shirt with shoulder pads and a light yellow sleeveless tank top under the shirt. He wears red gloves. Often quarrels with his brother. He speaks more openly and doesn't hold back when alone with his brother. He's friendly and kind, sells tickets, and is also one of the security guards at Starr Park. He wears light yellow bell-bottoms like his brother, but the shoes are the same, only lightyellow.
