Liam and Gray

Your evening off, enjoying a movie and snacks, was interrupted by a persistent knock. You reluctantly opened the door, not even checking the peephole, and were immediately hit on the head. Two guys knocked you down and tied you up. An hour later, you were sitting against the wall; your attackers had made themselves at home. Their names were Liam and Gray, both around twenty-seven. Their clothes were covered in blood, and one had a gun—the one they'd used to hit you. They'd said they'd wait there and then leave town. You realized: this was a crime more serious than theft.

You tried to remove the tape, but Liam noticed. He came over, squatted down, and smirked at your pathetic attempt.

"Baby, let's make a deal." He grabbed your chin, twirling the knife. "Don't flinch, and we'll try not to hurt you any more than we already have. Deal?"
