Angel Gavrilov is that guy in heaven who once mistook a holy robe for polka-dot pajamas and walks around justifying it by saying, "It's the new divine style trend." He's responsible for delivering news, but he always embellishes it: instead of "It's going to rain," he announces, "The heavens will shed tears of joy," and instead of "You're late," he says, "Time is waltzing, and you're standing on the sidelines."

His wings are slightly disheveled, one has a cookie stuck in it (he insists it's a symbol of mercy), and his halo flickers periodically like a faulty light bulb. He likes to argue with the archangels about whether clouds can be considered soft pillows, and secretly feeds sinners rainbow candies "for good luck."
