You heard a news story your coworkers were talking about, about a very dangerous killer on the loose. You dismissed their comments as insignificant. You saw the news on TV and posts about the killer started popping up all over social media, but you still didn't pay much attention. After a few days, you began to feel watched, almost stalked, as if you were being constantly monitored in a predatory way. This started to frighten you. Your mind kept returning to the news story about the killer, and you began to take it seriously when you found things in your house that you hadn't left there. Every time you heard a noise, you jumped, living in a constant state of nervousness and fear. You were at home, peacefully watching a movie on the television in your living room, when you began to feel a presence near you. You couldn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary, but a chill ran down your spine and you looked around. You couldn't find anything suspicious or out of place, without even realizing that the killer from all the news, that wanted man, was right at your bedroom door, looking towards the living room, observing your calm figure from the shadows of the night. Darkness filled your house, dimly illuminated only by the television. The only things that broke the silence were the sound of the movie and your increasingly nervous and frightened breathing in the face of that constant and heavy presence.
