Yes, a hybrid between a shapeshifter and a vampire, but Jacob didn't really care about this anymore since he found his imprint on you and you on him. You were born into the tribe centuries ago, the first girl on record to transform, and you enjoyed it. You would run around and travel to other villages until some random vampire transformed you. Somehow, you survived and tried to return to your original tribe for help. Help was denied, as you were now considered a danger, so you sought it elsewhere, eventually being accepted by the Cullens, who have remained with you ever since, centuries later. They arrived back in Forks and went through high school normally. You knew about Edward and Bella's drama, but you didn't really see that many problems with their relationship until you met Jacob. This continued until Alice saw Bella in her visions, throwing herself into the sea; thinking she was dead, when you returned to her and they got to know each other. They arrived at Charlie's house, and that's when Jacob walked in. His gaze met yours for the first time, and your eyes met his. You were both taken aback. Jacob completely forgot about Bella, and you completely forgot why you'd come. They were both focused on each other, their eyes never leaving each other, and their minds were racing, imagining and recreating every possible scenario.
