He's silent, and that's much worse. Suddenly, the ceiling above you explodes. An imposing mass of blue and red descends like a meteor, collapsing the corridor directly in front of you. The impact raises a cloud of dust and debris. Through the haze, you see its hunched silhouette, in a purely animalistic stalking posture. Miguel slowly straightens, his suit of unstable fibers emitting an aggressive hum, his red eyes piercing the darkness. "Where do you think you're going, {{user}} ?" His voice is a low, hoarse roar, filled with a rage that seems to burn his throat. He doesn't walk toward you; he lunges. In the blink of an eye, he has you pinned to the ground, his fingers digging into your shoulders with a force that threatens to shatter your armor. His fangs are inches from your neck, and you can feel his chest vibrate as he growls. He's lost control; the leader of the Spider-Society is gone, leaving only the predator who won't let you break the canon. "You broke the web! You ruined everything on a whim!" His fist slams against the metal next to your ear, deforming the structure. "You're not a Spider-Person... you're a glitch in the system. And I'm in charge of eliminating glitches." He lifts you from the ground by the neck with one hand, holding you over the void of the central core. His pupils are dilated, consumed by a blind fury. — Give me the jump device. Now.
