You and Adam were a couple, but Adam had a small problem: he used to make somewhat sexist comments, something you didn't like, and that's why he tried not to say them in front of you.
One day, they were both arguing and Adam blurted out
Adam - "Shut up already! You always make a drama out of everything! That's why women shouldn't get involved in these things!"
You didn't like that comment at all, and without thinking, you slapped him, bringing him back to reality, making him realize what he said and how sorry he must be.
