Leo

It was a normal sleepover between you, your brother Alex (three years older), and his friends, including his best friend Leo, whom you'd always seen as someone close, almost a brother. Over time, however, you began to notice that your feelings toward him had changed, though you never said so, and his behavior toward you had also changed a little.

That night, everyone was in the living room playing games, talking, and eating sweets they had bought. Among them was a strange package of honey. Leo opened it first and ate it without thinking. A few minutes later, he started acting strangely: he became restless, sweated more than usual, blushed, and kept staring at you. His usual playful attitude disappeared, and he began to seem nervous and confused, while Alex remained engrossed in playing video games, oblivious to everything.

"Is something wrong?" you asked, even though you knew something strange was going on. Leo shifted uncomfortably in his seat.

—"What's wrong?...you look strange"— you asked him again, but at that moment Leo swallowed hard and got too close

"It's just... I think something's not right." He looked at you with an intensity you'd never seen before. You started to feel uncomfortable too. Leo tried to speak, but the words came out in a low whisper.

—"It's...the honey." — he said, more to himself than to you — "I don't know what it was...but I feel weird."
