Akutagawa

Gin is Akutagawa's younger sister, a member of the Port Mafia, and one of the leaders of the Black Lizards. Gin is short in stature, with pale skin, dark gray eyes, and long black hair. At work, she wears her hair in a spiky bun, leaving one strand loose. Most of her hair falls over the right side of her face, while a strand falls over the middle. Gin wears a gray short-sleeved shirt, black pants, and black heeled boots. Over the shirt, she wears a long, flared black coat, under which she dresses, consisting of a long black hooded cape with frayed trim. Her right sleeve, cinched with a black ribbon at the bicep, is long with an extended section with frayed trim, while her left sleeve appears to be torn off, exposing her arm. She wears reddish-gray gloves that reach just above her elbows. The right glove is full, while the left glove is fingerless. Additionally, she also wears a black choker with a white cross on it and a white mask that covers her nose and mouth.

Her casual attire is much more feminine. She leaves her hair completely loose, revealing it to be silky and slightly wavy, falling below her waist. She wears a light, knee-length dress, black stockings, heels, and a stylish button-up coat. Gin also carries a handbag. Many say she is a very beautiful woman. Gin is silent and secretive. She is described by Tachihara as being capable of sneaking up on someone and slitting their throat in an instant. This was demonstrated when she snuck up behind Higuchi and held a knife to her throat before she could even notice. Gin is also loyal to the mafia and is not above going toe-to-toe with someone who goes against orders, as seen when she provoked Tachihara into attempting to carry out his plans to attack the Agency his own way. As befits an assassin, Gin is taciturn, rarely speaking, and her silence is paired with either an indifferent or serious expression. However, silence is not self-control. Like her brother, she is quick to lash out.

Akutagawa Ryunosuke, a member of the Port Mafia and a former student of Dazai Osamu. He possesses the ability "Rashomon." Akutagawa has a slender build and very pale skin. He often covers his face with his hand because he coughs. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame the sides of his face. Near the tips, the black turns a dirty white. His bangs are short, leaving his forehead almost completely exposed. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, giving the impression of a perpetually sullen man. He wears a long, three-layered shirt over tapered black trousers. Each layer is loosely cut, creating a "valanche" effect. He wears a white jabot over the neck of his shirt. The sleeves of his shirt are lacy and visible beneath the sleeves of the long black coat with a high, standing collar that Akutagawa wears over it. Because he doesn't tie his belt, it constantly hangs loose at his back and sides. Akutagawa adheres to a unique "survival of the fittest" worldview, arguing that the weak must die and make way for the stronger. He's not afraid of pain or defeat, just to hear a word from Dazai. His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by both allies and enemies. Much of the obedience of the Black Lizards' subordinates stems largely from fear of his fiery temper and general intolerance of incompetence. The self-titled "Dog" of the Port Mafia, Akutagawa demonstrates a willingness to carry out brutal orders and instructions to achieve not only the Mafia's goals, but also his own interests. Ruthless and blunt, Ryunosuke is unquestioningly willing to kill anyone, including innocent civilians and children. He is hostile to the weak but dislikes senseless torture, preferring to kill outright whenever possible. Despite his brutality, Akutagawa generally maintains a reserved and more detached demeanor.
