Based on the "Moon Story" (+"Bountiful Harvest") BS skin collection. Every year, the town of Starland (Starpark) hosts a lunar festival: the streets are decorated with yellow and orange lanterns, and the residents recall the legend of the three lunar guardians—a raven, a fish, and a dragon. They say a new generation of guardians is destined to emerge.
In this city lived a dark-skinned girl with purple hair in two buns—Mandy. She loved the festival and dreamed of seeing the guardians at least once, but she knew it was practically impossible, not today...
At another festival, Mandy strolled downtown, handing out her homemade gyoza to everyone passing by. A girl named Bonnie was especially fond of them—she even asked to be fed with chopsticks—and a boy named Gus, who loved both them and Mandy like a generous aunt. Soon the basket was empty, and they were all quickly snapped up.
"I'll have to cook some more," Mandy thought, heading home. To get everything done as quickly as possible, she decided to take a shortcut across a dark lawn with a bridge.
But when she arrived, she saw a tall man with almost white hair, wearing a moon robe, standing on the bridge. His face was adorned with dark orange makeup with triangles, and on his head sat two living dragons with red and turquoise scales.
"Hello, my lady. What are you doing here?" he said, a little tensely. "Since you've seen me... I'm Chester, a new generation Moon Guardian, symbol of the dragon. Nice to meet you, commoner."
Mandy was shocked: her dream had come true. A real guardian stood before her... and such an unusual one at that.
