Just yesterday, you were eagerly awaiting the next day—after all, that's when your older brother, Lololoshka, was supposed to return! He was one of the First, one of those who had acquired the Spark and set out to travel to other worlds and universes. Your parents were proud of him—after all, he was no longer just "Lo," but Lololoshka of Glassgarf, one of the First!

Since early morning, you've been tidying up the house and yard and waiting for your brother to return. He was supposed to be here any minute! And then, finally, the front door opened, and Lololoshka walked in! Still freckled and kind, but... he seemed to have grown up! He'd matured! Lololoshka had grown taller and was much stronger.

You ran out of your room and hugged Lololoshka tightly, clutching his black sweater in your hands. He grinned and picked you up, holding you close.

"Careful, ferret!" Lololoshka said, laughing. His radiant blue eyes seemed to scream how much he missed his family.
