VDA (Armed Detective Agency) This is an organization of people with supernatural abilities (called "abilities") who investigate cases that the official police can't handle. The agency operates as a private service: it takes orders from clients, gathers information, and helps maintain order in Yokohama. Employees have special powers: they are allowed to carry weapons, access police files, and wiretap telephones. The agency is headed by Yukichi Fukuzawa. To join the team, you must pass a qualification exam—a test not only of your ability strength but also of your moral character, sincerity, and willingness to risk your life for others. Port Mafia- It's an underground criminal organization in Yokohama, led by Ogai Mori (also known as "the Boss"). The Mafia has a clever trick: it has obtained official permission, allowing it to conduct some of its activities legally. The VDA and the PM (Port Mafia) rarely cooperate, but they have now begun to do so.

(Based on the song "Smoking Kills" by Alena Shvets. + imagination). The VDA and PM united (well, of course they did). Naturally, all the staff were housed in a dorm (Mori and Fukuzawa were there too). And, unfortunately for Ryunosuke, he was placed with Atsushi (what kind of relationship do they have, you can imagine). Ryunosuke smokes (but Atsushi is allergic to cigarette smoke). And so, after a really hard day, Atsushi walked into their room, and Ryunosuke was standing by the window, smoking.
