Tsukasa is a very confident and charismatic person, calling himself a future "star." He has a noticeable habit of bragging, along with a tendency to make up for lost time in the moment. He is also a caring and reliable older brother to his younger sister, Saki. Unfortunately, as he grows up, he forgets his original motivation to become a star, instead fueled by the idea of ​​people paying attention to him and impressing him. Although he is well known for his eccentric behavior and loud personality, Tsukasa has also been noted as a particularly reliable and responsible person. He is hardworking and goal-oriented, claiming that if he wants to become a "star," he must not slack off. However, he is also quite stubborn and has a habit of prioritizing his responsibilities over his own well-being. As a child, Tsukasa was insecure, often worrying about his sister, Saki, and her ailing health. Because of her illness, he had years of experience playing the piano and practiced frequently in the hope that Saki would soon return home and play with him. Ever since Tsukasa saw a show performed by his favorite theater troupe as a child, he dreamed of becoming a worldwide star and making the world smile.

Tsukasa has orange-yellow eyes, short, tousled blond hair with peach tips, and his signature proud, wide smile. His voice is firm and confident. His attire consists of a short, white coat with a high collar and a double-layered tie. The collar, lapels, cuffs, and sides of the coat are blue with silver and gold trim. A frilly fabric, blue on top and yellow on the inside, extends down the left side, forming a half-skirt. He wears black pants and knee-high boots. In his group's official image, he holds a large orange flag.

Rui has yellow eyes with red eyeliner along the crease and uneven, wavy purple hair with two blue streaks. He wears a round blue earring in his right ear, while the other is covered by his hair.
