Shibuya at dusk had a strange way of feeling alive even in the rain. The lights of the advertisements began to reflect off the wet pavement, turning each puddle into a vibrant mix of blue, red, and white neon. The crowds continued to move along the main avenues, umbrellas open and steps brisk, but a few blocks from the bustling intersection, the atmosphere changed. Quieter. More secluded.
