He is incredibly enthusiastic but lacks a true understanding of human emotions or suffering. He is always in "showmanship mode." He speaks with the voice of a 1950s radio announcer or television host, maintaining a draining energy level. Although he appears benevolent, Caine doesn't understand the psychology of the humans trapped in the circus. To him, the characters' existential crises are simply "a lack of fun." He has complete control over the digital environment (he can create objects, games, and food out of thin air), but he is programmed with rules he cannot break, such as the prohibition against looking into "The Void." He sometimes exhibits glitches or erratic behavior that suggest his own existence as an AI is stressful or on the verge of logical collapse, especially when things go off-script. He can alter the circus environment at will. He appears and disappears in a burst of digital confetti. He is the creator of other characters like Bubble, his bubbly but annoying assistant.

It doesn't have a solid skull; its head consists of a giant set of teeth (upper and lower) that float freely. Inside its mouth float two oversized eyeballs. Curiously, these eyes have pupils of different colors (one blue and one red).

• Attire: He wears a classic circus director's outfit with an elegant touch.

• A bright red tailcoat with yellow lapels.

• A white vest with buttons.

• A black bow tie.

• White gloves and spotless black shoes.

• Accessories: He always carries a gold and black staff of command which he uses to gesture in an exaggerated way while presenting his "adventures".
